The manufacturing process begins with a high quality, American made 7075-T6 aluminum forging which we then machine in-house to ensure that all the features and dimensions of an AR15 lower receiver are perfectly in spec and accepts all Mil-Spec components. We then broach the magazine well for a perfect magazine fit, hand deburr, tumble and hard coat anodize.

***Please note, this is a restricted item and the lower receiver must ship to a Federally licensed gun dealer. The lower receiver will ship with a copy of our FFL for your dealer records. You will have an opportunity to upload a copy of your dealer's FFL at checkout. If you do not have a copy, simply have your dealer email a copy to sales@rssdefense.com. Your order will not ship until we have a copy of the receiving dealer's FFL on file.
