Custom & Special-Order Products
ALL CUSTOM FIREARMS AND CUSTOM-MODIFIED PRODUCTS ARE FINAL SALE. By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be authorized on custom orders. Limited modifications may be permitted prior to order completion only.
If a custom firearm manufactured by RSS DEFENSE CORP. is found to have a verified manufacturing defect, we will, at our sole discretion, repair or replace the product. This remedy is exclusive and does not include refunds.
For products not manufactured by RSS DEFENSE CORP., all warranty claims, repairs, replacements, or defects must be handled directly with the original manufacturer. Example: Optics manufactured by Vortex Optics must be serviced through Vortex.
Standard Returns
Most non-custom items may be eligible for return within 30 days of the invoice date, subject to approval.
Items must be inspected within 30 days of receipt.
Return requests submitted after 30 days will not be approved.
Approval is not guaranteed and is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Photos and proof of defect or issue may be required.
