We DO NOT ship firearms, ammunition, or restricted accessories to California, Illinois, or any other state or locality where such items are prohibited or restricted.
It is the customer’s sole responsibility to know and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws before placing an order. Orders placed in violation of applicable law will be canceled without notice.
All items sold by RSS Defense Corp are for lawful use only.
Orders are placed through our website checkout. Your credit card is authorized immediately upon order placement.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Debit card users assume full responsibility for any overdraft or bank fees. RSS Defense Corp is not responsible for third-party payment processor errors.
Sales tax is collected where required by law.
A vendor’s license alone does not qualify for tax exemption.

Firearms must be picked up within 5 business days or the order may be canceled.

Insured claims may require documentation, photos, and police reports for high-value orders.
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
